saturday I ran the healthy kidney 10K in central park. I finished 1183 out of 6273 with a time of 46:50 at a 7:33 pace. I finished 80th out of the 1903 in my 20-29 age group and 165 out of the 2835 female runners. I finished 20 seconds faster than my last 10K (March 30), running 3 second faster miles.
