bamboomoves, the lovely yoga studio where i work, is having an open house this weekend. if you are in the forest hills area, stop by and say hi. i will be there saturday from 2-6, after i kick some ass at the fitness mind, body, spirit games.
(if you have kids, stop by sunday for the kids open house... our new parent/child and kids yoga classes begin monday, september 14th. )
