today i ran my favourite race of the year... grete's great gallop, a half marathon in honor of grete waitz and norway. (ya'all know how much i love norway!)
i finished 877 of 4564... 52 of the 951 in my age group, and 156 of the 2253 women, finishing in 1:41:57, running 7:46 minute miles.
i had some help, especially from mile 7-13.1... thanks m!
and go team odwalla! (although i didn't see any of my nyc teammates...)
