hey ya'all. i feel like i never post anymore. that's because i am always working. but it's all good because i am teaching an african dance workshop this weekend at yoganesh. come! yoshio is drumming (all my yoga people know about that)... and... it will be a totally awesome, rad time, no matter your ablility. and i promise you will leave feeling like the most beautiful, happy person on this earth. hope to see you there. xxxo.
