1600 metre repeats.


















there was a coach training some other runners at the track this morning. he was super old school, and although he was probably in his late 70s, he could have kicked anyone's ass out there. he complemented my form and speed, which made me want to work even harder... i had an awesome workout. it was a great confidence boost for my race next week... so thank you old school-awesome-running coach-guy for giving me some major energy this morning.
