as i was finishing up my carb heavy dinner, my beautiful, wonderful, lovely, best friend in the world, ana, who i may as well call my sister, surprised me with a gorgeous bunch of flowers in tow. her excitement made me a little teary and i am so, so happy that i am sharing this experience with her... and anyone who is reading this... and all of my amazing family and friends (one and the same). thank you so, so, so much for your love and support inside and outside of running. and thank you for all the calls/texts/e-mails/visits/love today. i freakin' love you and i am freakin' running the marathon tomorrow.
