klub7 in brooklyn.
yesterday we went to williams & bailey (grand between lorimer and union) to watch the champions league final and stumbled upon a klub7 mural. klub7 is a totally awesome berlin based collective that gets busy making art around the world. right now they are diggin' brooklyn, and i am pretty obsessed with them... check out their blog.

sunny weekend.
i tried the vegan mac n' cheese at brooklyn mac yesterday. no bueno. if you are vegan and want good mac n' cheese, stick with s'mac. if you are vegan and want mac n' cheese and a stomach ache, hit up brooklyn mac. the one good thing about b'mac... there's a new uncle louie g's around the corner. (yum, cantaloup).
saturday we spent the day wandering... from so many spots downtown you can see one world trade coming up gorgeous on the skyline.
and lounging in mccarren park has become one of my favourite ways to end the weekend.

it's not so impossible...

last night peter and i went to see sufjan stevens at the prospect park bandshell. i spent very little time with the camera, and a whole lot of time dancing... thus the low quality photos.
it was my first time seeing sufjan live, and i highly recommend it. i know he has a lot of different incarnations, but the age of adz tour involves lots of tripped out visuals, electronics... and some tambourine! (tambourine is life)
he encored with a few selections from illinois, which was beautiful, but he left out my favourite.
still was so stoked on it though.
